* Focussing on the, best practise, design and implementation of Process Automations.
* Although primary focus is on interesting use cases for the Disaster Recovery Centre of Excellence, I also had inputs on wider
group RPA initiatives in terms of best practise approaches to all areas of RPA. This includes the sharing of custom dashboards,
approaches to reconciliation and reporting as well as sharing of custom Blueprism artefacts, and mentoring/assisting and
coaching of colleagues within the group, while encouraging the development of a group RPA "House Style".

* Pre-sales presentations to global clients. These are presented on a product/vendor agnostic basis. The aim is to recommend




the best product/vendor/implementer combination to the client depending on their IT landscape.

* Working on Change of Address Automated process, which includes
o .NET Application to Mine data from Email addresses using Exchange Web Services, and create XML and HTML files for use
within the bank's workflow system
o Design and Creation of Robot to check for Joint accounts for all account types against four different systems
o Design and creation of Introbot which introduces the tasks to Toscana (Workflow System) and attaches the Request XML
and HTML documents. (HTML, Java, AA and Windows)
o Design and creation of Indexbot which indexes the request within the Workflow system. (HTML, Java, AA and Windows)
o Design and creation of Letter production robot, which creates PDF documents which are then sent to the customer by
central print (Word Interop)
o Design and creation of the actual Change of Address process which physically changes the address on various backend
systems (7), once address confirmation has been received from the customer.

o Design and development of core RPA processes handed over to junior developers so they could complete the processes

* Designed and developed the Blue Prism Infrastructure that is currently in use within Bank of Ireland Group. This includes;
o Implementation of Blue Prism, (Resource PCs, Development PCs, Scheduler)
o Multiple bespoke Automation objects for SQL Server Interactions, Real time SMS and Email Sending, Execute SQL, XML
Parsing
o Design and deployment pf databases used for audit, MI and reconciliation purposes
o Development and implementation of the Blue prism processes.
o Processes include, Online Notice of Withdrawals, Current Account Opening, Day 2 QA for Current Account Opening,
Account Linking, Change of Address and 3rd Level Campus Account Opening campaigns.
o Automated MI generation and presentation for managers at all levels.
o Designed and developed multiple custom Blue Prism Objects (Send Email, Send SMS, XML Parsers, Execute SQL)
o Mail Merge System for Business Banking facilities
o Design and Development of XML parser, which populates data dictionary table within SQL server, and also creates the
XML object for use within Blue Prism. (Code Object, data objects and End Objects. (All stages within Blue prism are XML,
this program saves a BP developer significant amounts of time, especially when there are large amounts of fields within
the request data payload.
o Design and Development of Dashboard which shows real-time information in relation to processes/queues and active
resource PCs.

* Design, Project Management and Implementation of Auto matching of Identification and Verification documents to parent requests
or current account opening. (Divisional Technical Innovation of the Year Award 2015)
* Various other technical projects relating to transaction reconciliation, MI Generation, BAU Support when required, and other

Awarded - Divisional award for most Innovative Technical Solution (Interpay scanning and child document scanning for current
account opening)

* Development of Whitelist/Insufficient funds program also Whitelist/Mortgages force payment application
* Data reporting, analysis, extraction, transformation, loading and generation of extracts for customer communications.
* On-boarding Assistant Tool - used in the production of customer letters and assignment of tokens to customers, which automated
a very manual process. (Excel VBA, SQL Server)
* Enhancements to SEPA migration tool including KPIs in relation to the migration of customers to SEPA payments (vb.net, SQL
Server)
* Provision of statistics for management on an ad-hoc basis, and management of data quality

* Working with the Retail Credit Analytics Team Re-developing Optionslink, a tool used to identify financial treatments for customers
with distressed mortgages for the Mortgage Arrears Resolution Teams.
* Automation of data ETL and Management Information generation presented via pivot tables and charts into PowerPoint for




delivery via email.
* Design, Development, and Delivery of a Mortgage Customer Details Search Engine, (Used by the branch network account
managers) (Access 2003)
* Design, Development, and Delivery of a tracking application for the QA of Arrears Assessments, used by the Arrears Support Unit.
* Design, Development, and Delivery of an application used by the Mortgage legal team in the tracking of active cases.

* This is a hands-on role that encompasses all aspects of team and project management regarding solutions application development
and delivery
* Two solutions I managed were Sales and Field Service Engineering mobile solutions stream was the development of Mobile
applications for the iPhone and iPad which integrated into Sybiz using xCode.
* The solutions all integrate with the Sybiz application suite, and cover production, sales, field service areas, as well as application
data integration to upstream and downstream systems.
* Responsible for the design, and project management of Production Focus - A commercial production system which will integrate to
Sybiz for manufacturing companies. - (C#, VB.NET, Linq to SQL, SQL Server, Foxpro)

* Working on the Customer Services Team, this was very much a client facing role, acting as the main point of contact with customer,
project stakeholders and internal and external technical teams.
* Program Manage full lifecycle Citrix Migration projects for Leaseplan in France, Spain and Slovakia. Take on of all IT systems,
infrastructure, and services to be based within data centres in Dublin. Includes full range of packaged application software and the
application sequencing of bespoke software, server migrations into consolidated and silo environments. (Full spectrum of
environments)
* Managed iSeries Migrations to Data Centres in Dublin for Leaseplan UAE and Romania.
* Improved project management processes and procedures and liaise closely with the project management Office to improve
project management documentation, templates, and reporting, both internally and externally.

* Design and development of a Market Details module of the Valuations Office New Commercial Rates Re-Evaluation System.(VB.NET
2008 and SQL Server 2005)

* Updates to CRM applications (HB Ice Cream event, DSI Membership) post upgrade to server 2011 and Office 2010

* Automated Integration of online orders to Sybiz accounts system (Mine Customer Order data from PDF, and html files and inject
directly into Sybiz accounts package, and print picking lists in the warehouse) (vb.net 2010, SQL Server and Foxpro)
