Designed Load boards, Probe card and test boards (213 designs) for various ATE Tester platforms (Teradyne and Advantest), for devices such high pin SOIC, memory, IC tests Design involves creating the socket footprint (Mechanical), parts creation, placements , setting up physical and electrical constraints in EDA tool for Single & Multi sites (8~32 sites), Manual Routings for high speed rules (1024 - 1792 channels), Diff pair routings (Diff 100 ohm impedance), high speed signal routings (arc) , via stitching/ GND shielding for clk and high speed signals. Length matching, silkscreen and Assembly drawings. Experience with Rigid boards with high layer count 50~60 layers, micro vias, blind / buried vias / back drilling.
