Responsibilities:
* Vendor Management responsibilities for the development, testing, deployment and handle all
operation issue tracking and escalation as per SLA.
* Involved in the sprint sessions for the following functionalities under new releases :
Enhanced User Experience in the Portal [New Dashboard, Single Sign-on, School wide-
Announcements].
Enhanced Teaching and Learning Feature [Flexibility for Lesson Creation, Activity creation of
lessons, New Question Type, Merged Assignment view, Annotation, Enhanced Quiz and Question
types & Marking].
Enhanced Student Features [Assignment view, Enhanced Notes, Apps management, Lesson Sharing].
* Involved in the Sprint sessions and technical review for the functionalities under each
releases for the implementation of SLS Mobile usage developed using Vue JS under Carbon design
system.
* Participate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
for each sprint, production hot fixes and new releases. Review the SSAT, Regression and
Performance Testing scenarios and results.
* Involved in the Class room of the Future Design Thinking Project, Development of the Roadmap,
Interviews, Observation & Shadowing to identify school's needs, challenges and opportunities,
ideation of solutions on the classroom findings. Prototyping and Preparation for Sprint
reviews.
* Evaluation of integrating vendor products to SLS such as Video Integration, Speech to text
products, You Tube, Zoom, Facial Recognition for Identity Management.
* Extensive Operation Support for the Full Home Based Learning for the Singapore Schools due to
the Covid period. To ensure no disruption to the learning portal at maximum usage.

Project: National Healthcare Records [One Patient One Record Secure system collects summary patient
health records across different healthcare providers.]

Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Design documents for the following Change requests:
* To prevent persistent cross site scripting threats introduced in data inputs via NEHR
portal.
* Malicious File Upload - Remove Upload attachments

* Involved in the testing of defect fixes identified for the following Change Request
* Liferay Upgrade
* Enhancements to the Patient Medication List

* Address Design related queries raised by IHIS Functional Analysts on the business rules for
functionality and data displayed in the NEHR portal.

* Responsible for the smooth running of the portal in the SIT & UAT environment required daily
manual shakedown testing and automated testing.

* Preparation and extraction of test NEHR data for testing using TOSCA [Automation for
Functional and Regression testing) to ensure maximum functionality testing.
* Liase with respective teams(build/ops) to drive code merge discussion and understanding of
production defects not tested in SIT environment for all the subsystems. Devise and provide
relevant test scenarios and review execution plan.
* Involved in the review sessions by Solution Architects on the following Change Requests
* Diabetes Tagging to the NEHR Portal
* Brute Force on patient search
* Restrict Multiple Logins to the Portal
* Patient Opt-Out Management in NEHR Portal

Role : Senior SAP Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Conduct user meetings to get the requirements and provide solutions as per the user specific
requirements.
* Application Management for IS-H (Analyse/ Clarify on Raised Tickets, Bug Fixing, Process
Change Request. Conduct User briefing sessions and UAT sessions with users for Subsystem

* Basic Data Management Amendments to Master data configurations based on the Configuration
document provided by the Hospital Key users. Create Test Scenarios and on UAT deployment in
production. Patient master updates relating issues for update data sent from external
systems through PI interface. Enabling Audit logs of Master tables,
* Case Overview - Issues relating to Inpatient and Outpatient Case Registration process,
Customisation of case business rules validations. Handling users issues relating to
actualization of visits, Case end date system validation issue, Technical Discharge and
Technical Admission wrong Treatment category selection for the Child case.
* Billing and Claims Processing Implementation of Service requests for Invoice header
changes, value for location field in Invoice header. Issues on wrong validity period
maintained for insurance providers, Submission and cancellation issues relating to invoice
claims in EDI format for Singapore CCPS Claims, MCPS claims, CHAS, SPP reporting. Amendments
for patient billing forms on Adobe forms.
* Enhancements -
* End to End Implementation of Change Request to extract Inpatient Patient data in different
file format requested by Ministry of Health from all the 5 Community hospitals. This is to
be sent to MOH Dashbaord on Daily basis.
* Implementation of Change requests to allow funding from Ministry of Health for
Intermediate long term care services(ILTC) based on the patients triage assessment in
identifying the applicable transport tier. This required configuration changes relating to
ISH Service categories, Service Summary and Treatment Category. Also required amendment to
Screen and amending EDI segments for submission to ILTC.
* Implementation of Service requests for new patient hospital movements requires
configuration changes, Mapping of GL and Cost center to service, generation of detailed
Invoice and EDI Submission for claims.
