SAP (SD / MM / Master DATA) Functional Analyst / Project Manager

I am the project manager for roll-out of the core model solution. I am responsible for overseeing the entire
deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless integration /
transition with existing systems, definition of the objectives with stakeholders, developing implementation
strategies, troubleshooting potential issues, workshops, UAT and training sessions organization as well as the cut
over activities design and the post-go live maintenance phase.
Single point of contact and responsible for all the SD activities of SUEZ International. I am in charge of the
governance/ implementation of all the changes to the core model (customizing/ functional design) management
of the AMS teams, participation to roll out of the solution.
Responsible for the animation of the key user / referent global network. I am responsible for the global
communication to all the referents, organization of quarterly information sessions, close watch with business to
foresee impacting legal changes.

For an international cosmetic retailer company (with point of sales in Europe, Asia and America) 2 projects:

--> SD / MM analyst within the Brazilian roll out team of the core model:
- Full life cycle of the rollout activities (gap analysis, specification, build, training, UAT, go live, post go live activities)
- Design of the retail flows for the stores (replenishments, returns, exchanges...)
- Evolution of the interfaces with the 3PL for the warehouse replenishment process & the store back office processes

--> SD / MM / Master Data analyst for the rebuild of the European core model for logistic flows:
- Workshops organization and realization (pre build, validation, cost estimation, mock up realization)

- Design of the solution (full life cycle of the enhancements) - Technical management of the new joiners on the project (validation of the specifications, technical guidance, documentation review)

Project leader and Single Point Of Contact (world-wide) on the external applications of SAP for buying team (enhancements, trainings, fixes, governance, design).
Rollout of new SAP and non-SAP solutions for buying team in the supply chain (functional design, testing, gap analyses, change management, communication, …).
