Project history
Founded and running a software company specialized in developing and implementing solutions in data warehouses, reporting systems, back-office systems mainly for banking and insurance industry, focusing on process and reporting automation.
For a big insurance company I just finish the as-is process analysis with the scope EOM, managerial and obligatory reporting. The aim of the project is to recommend the to-be data architecture and data flow. I proposed a solution of central data warehouse that standardizes data from various source systems, I prepared a implementation scope and plan.
Conducted IT and security audits, ensured compliance with bank procedures and regulations in the head office and Internet branch. Participated in the liquidation of BGB PL bank. Later managed the IT department, coordinated projects including opening the first PL Internet branch.
