I used an existing body shape, had the pattern made to roll a car body and layed out all the finances, drawings and time to build a car. 110% financial and completion risk, punished by delay penalties. This is real risk-taking.  
 
As a Utility scale solar PV Developer (83 MW DC) Round 4 (2014), Due Dilingence Round 1 to 5, RMI. This solar PV project was very complex. I was responsible to Coordinate development of 83 MW including various stakeholders such as lenders from overseas and local (SA) banks, venture capital, private equity. Appox 40 permits required

I was also responsible for reporting project status to government departments, specialists for permitting and strategies for local content and economic development. He was also responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. He has provided a financial model covering development and the 20 year PPA. Total volume was approximately €100 million. Developing at a cost of approximately €400.000 of my own funds over 1.5 years.
 
The IPP renewable program of South Africa is following IFC standards and Equator Principles.  I have been working in this field since 2012.

In the late 90s I created a QM roadmap with public templates to get an air-bag manufaturer (Engineering) ISO/QS/VDA certified.

Up until then I created technical documenatation and did the project management for Service Readiness literature. My bigegst project in the 90s. DM 5.5 mio for the first three of 14 languages.
