  • Conducted cost analysis on all of IT investment bank’s small & mid-tier spent which resulted in reduction of the overall number of vendors in addition to negotiating 10-15% additional rate reductions.
  • Led the global level 1 reengineering and consolidation effort across the IT function. This imitative was constructed of consolidation the entire level 1 support staff across the investment bank into a new utility model. The overall project resulted in a 30% save from the baseline over a 3-year timeline.
