I\'ve 2 years of experience in Technical Support. I used to provide technical support for HP Deskjet/Officejet/Laserjet printers and Digital Cameras. And, I\'ve 1.5 years experience in processing and paying the US Health Insurance claims for the client LTCG (Long Term Care Group). I\'ve good experience in Excel n VBA programming.
