- Project implementation experience of “HANA Enterprise Cloud”, “HANA Cloud Platform” as a solution architect for e2e implementation of various applications running on HANA using the cloud, PAAS, IAAS on one of the IT transformation programme.
- Experience of implementing Business Suite on HANA, upgrade and migration to HANA platform. Involved in the PoC for S4HANA with simple finance add-on. Deep technical hands-on experience on various offering of HANA: Modelling, data provisioning (using SLT, SDI, SDA), performance optimization including troubleshooting, multi temperature data, CDS view etc. (to name a few).
- Experience of implementing authorization, security and roles for BW, Business Objects and HANA platform.
- Solid experience of System Design & Architecture at the enterprise level (for SAP estate) including sizing for various technologies stack, like HANA, BW, BusinessObjects & Sybase (for Information lifecycle management).
- Experience in BI strategies, architecture, standards, guidelines, policies and frameworks that support strategic business drivers for the Data and Information domain.
- Experience of setting up a virtual BICC and owning it, for developing, maintaining BI portfolio approach and BI Strategy. Ensuring that information architecture and information management strategy creates a foundation for future investment in business intelligence and collaboration and enable information Insights & exploitation.
- 5 years of R3 Techno-Functional experience worked on 13+ Implementation and Support projects as SAP ABAP consultant.
- Experience in working in different domains: FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Defense, Oil, IT Services & Products, Transport, Government Sectors, Utilities, Telecom and Banking.
- Experience of leading large team (up to 75 consultants) as BI Delivery Manager. Excellent team leading, project management skill.
- Experience in all aspects of BI design and delivery, including strategic use of Business Intelligence tools, KPI reporting, tactical reporting, global template design, deployment & roll out, performance tuning, BI-Integrated Planning solutions.
