- Analyse the critical business scenarios, service level agreement objectives and define performance testing scope.
- Analyse and understand the production and performance test environment infrastructures.
- Design and develop performance testing strategy using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI.
- Create and review project test and implementation schedules.
- Design Workload model for handling varied load conditions.
- Design and develop scripts using multiple protocols like Web(HTTP/HTML), WebService, Ajax TruClient and SAP Web etc.
- Using C, Java and JavaScript functions so as to have robust scripting with minimal script maintenance.
- Identify scenarios, perform test execution based on the scheduled and troubleshoot/identify the performance bottlenecks in the system.
- Monitor application, web and database servers using Dynatrace.
- Create test summary report including various statistics
- Provide observation, performance improvement recommendations to clients and report the system faults to the developer.
- Benchmarks to all the data loading performed on the interfaces, and reporting of the findings.
- Tool evaluation and providing suggestions for Testing Competency during RFPs.
