As a member of the Interior Trim Department , My responsibility is ; manage of complete
engineering of the product and process, in compliance with Quality, Cost, Timing,
Performance and People objectives and within Program management system requirements

Main Tasks
* Lead Product Definition (completion of CAD) completed by Design Leader and
development to ensure compliance to requirements (acceptance of customer product
specification including geometry convergence
* Support the creation and update of the product definition file in Product Data Management
(PDM - Teamcenter NX)
* Make the functional analysis when required, develop the DFMEA and complete the action
plan, support the PFMEA, and define the key characteristics.
* Establish Bill of Material ( CODEP )
* Follow up all Eng topics by using Single List of Issues reporting
* Manage Eng Change through ECM process ( ODM )
* Define the Design Validation Plan (DVP)
* Guarantee successful DVP : virtual validation (CAE) or prototype approved
* Complete successful PV test
* Monthly report summary of engineering activities to Top Management, including risk and
opportunities and corresponding action plans.
* Present Fiat Auto Engineering in front of Suppliers and Toolmakers
* Manage Macrofeasability studies of upcoming projects
* Technical liason between Fiat R&D Ctr and TOFAS R&D ctr for Cockpit & Console

In my own perimeter on related Cockpit program, My responsibility drive the Product
definition ( cad creation ) and validation, according to Internal Product Standards and
Guidelines and requirements

Main Tasks
* Analyse FIAT product specifications and applicable regulations/ legislations for Cockpit
perimeter
* Define the product functional analysis (based on standard) to translate specifications and
internal requirements into clear product performance criteria. Propose Internal commitment
on these criteria, and get approval form FIAT Design experts about it.
* Agree the material choice (proposed by FIAT Material engineering) is able to meet
mechanical performance.
* Manage the creation and update of the product definition file in Product Data Management
(PDM) - CODEP and TEAMCENTER
* Responsible for all cad data activities on related perimeter
* Drive the design based on FIAT Design specifications
* Ensure consistency between GD&T (incl. Tolerance stacks) and process feasibility.
* Validate the control plan (build by Quality) against identified product key characteristics sp
* Define engineering levels to be used by (Pilot) Plant during launch.
* Define RFQ specifications. Participate to supplier nomincation comitee meetings with
purchasing
* Technical liason between Fiat R&D Ctr and TOFAS R&D ctr for Cockpit & Console
* Comodities
* Support VC-PS-DAP phases of Vehicle development on site.
* Manage all ICP-TOC problems ( Problem definition and resolution )
* Manage Engineering changes on related perimeter in Cockpit system
