Project history
Built and operate a solo AI-directed consulting practice in Dubai, UAE. Stood up a working proof of concept in two weeks, then built the platform four applications now run on. Designed and shipped a full agentic platform with agent crews, production workflows, a knowledge graph, model tier routing, metered cost per action, and tracing on every run. Built the operating system behind it with AI workers, mechanical gates, separation of actors, and a release chain. Shipped two playable game prototypes directing AI for interface, card art and voiced narration. Took the first application from nothing to live in production, releasing every few days.
Led product and design across a three product agentic portfolio (FlockX workbench, ASI1, Agentverse) as Design Guild SME with three embedded designers. Directed product design end to end on ASI1. Drove the pivot from community app to AI agent workbench, landing the AI crew concept for solopreneurs and small businesses. Championed and personally prototyped the Pipedream SDK integration. Owned system prompt architecture across the platform. Championed a unified design system across three products on HeroUI. Built components for AI generated UI as data aware containers with a tight variant system, and contributed production code in Next.js 15 and Django/FastAPI.
Led the ten month transformation of a service based NFT ticketing business into a self service platform covering event management, analytics, token gated access, secondary sale royalties, and off site publishing. Drove an 82% reduction in onboarding friction through an eight month research programme. Cut fraud and refund claims from over 50% to 3-4% by redesigning the purchase flow, payment rules and verification steps. Ran a distributed team across three time zones and delivered a stalled rebrand in two months. Built the design system on MUI Pro.
