Led a team of 8 in developing and deploying an AI Virtual Assistant using LLM on Azure Cloud. Consistently worked with clients/stakeholders to ensure our project efforts aligned with their business goals and quickly addressed feedback, leading to efficiently meeting the milestones. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize and integrate diverse data sources in building training dataset which improved LLM model accuracy by 15%. Took a hands-on approach in fine-tuning LLMs to resolve accuracy issues, working alongside the team to improve model performance and code quality. Mentored the team throughout the MLOps lifecycle, overseeing code reviews, optimizations, and deployments in Azure Cloud. Led daily scrum calls, coordinating and presenting ideas in the brainstorming sessions with engineers and analysts, creating presentations with key project achievements and new proposals to business stakeholders and leadership.
Project: Program Management for Enterprise-level Product Acceptance Testing (Role: Program Manager) • Contributed to building a comprehensive roadmap and execution plan for product Fit Testing in a pre-prod environment, orchestrating collaboration among 25+ Scrum teams across the organization over 18 months. • Create Jira Features/ Stories, assign them to respective scrum teams, and coordinate with planning and estimates. • Document data requirements and business use cases of each functional team and coordinate with fulfilling criteria and test data setup. • Forecast functional or technical blockers, raise red flags, and track them to closure without disrupting the execution. • Organizing Weekly status calls and document plans, progress, blocks, resolutions/fixes implemented throughout the execution in Confluence, implementing access restrictions on data maintained. • Identifying SPOCS, Stakeholder Management (Business Uses, Developers, Product teams & Leadership), and broadcasting announcements through official channels. • Code reviews, and sprint activities including finalizing features, backlog grooming, and conducting retrospectives. • Supervised and established guidelines to create and maintain the project knowledge base.
