Managing various application and migration projects. Managing as Product Owner for a series of internal applications, platforms and
initiatives.

Strategically position as client-facing program manager / account manager from the supplier side to spearhead transformational
programme worth 6M aimed at delivering B2B enterprise eCommerce solution worth €6M, uniting four to six Agile teams across 15
countries. Uphold and advance company interests through strong engagements with client-focused senior management. Deliver
methodological leadership to cross-functional teams for continuous product development, project rollout, and eCommerce software
platform go-live facets across 15 different countries situated across Europe, EMEA, and APAC regions with project management
resources featuring business analysts, developers, QA, CI/CD, and architecture. Negotiate scope of work and large-scale contracts,
alongside tracking budget allocated across end-to-end activities to ensure meticulous project delivery within agreed timelines.
* Augmented organisational revenue by proposing and attaining new projects and functionality, such as mobile App and PWA.
* Triggered increase in client sales through the platform by implementing forward-thinking KPIs and advanced functionalities,
alongside tracking and reporting change impacts.

strategic guidance to developers and testers throughout the project during deployments/handover phases.
