Product Owner

In this role I managed documentation deliverables for international customers in the rolling stock sector, focusing on data preparation for a parts catalogue with integrated spare parts ordering function. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with project management, engineering, software suppliers, and IT teams to ensure project success.
- Managing data input from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the processing and validation of cloud-based data.

I was leading a team of Service Engineers, supporting the development of a newly developed hybrid powertrain. My team tracked and reported powertrain failures during prototype and early serial life. Main tasks included:
- reporting to the Directory Board of the production plants
- managing expectations by presenting solutions and clear development roadmaps
- resource management to support production plants and dealerships.
