Project history
Led the internal generative AI product EZ Editor from PoC to enterprise rollout, managing a team of 4 Data Scientists and 2 senior Full-Stack developers. Delivered MVP deployed to 15,000 employees across 35 countries. Framed a second AI product Market Insights, resulting in an approved business case with estimated savings of 320,000 EUR per year. Designed and maintained the AI governance framework, ran 10 user interviews, facilitated 5 Design Thinking workshops, and wrote over 100 user stories across 3 projects.
Analysed the IT hardware estate of a construction group and built a hardware budget reduction plan achieving a 30% reduction, presented to and approved by the Head of Adoption & Coordination IT. Delivered 5 internal Green IT awareness conferences.
