Project history
Supported a Citrix team in consolidating multiple EU datacenters for a bank. Created CMO/FMO blueprints, deployed Citrix environments, provisioned apps via a three-stage PVS process, and coordinated stakeholders. Improved efficiency by automating workflows with GPOs and PowerShell. Clarified knowledge gaps among participants, accelerating project progress while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Led a Time & Attendance absence system transformation at HSBC. Consulted on technical issues, stabilized legacy systems, implemented a new platform, and optimized recurring HR & IT processes. Managed cross-functional workstreams, improved workflows through analysis and documentation, and acted as the interface between HR and IT to ensure seamless operations and continuous system improvement.
Built and managed Virtual Apps & Desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop) for multiple customers. This included software provisioning (vDisks, Profile Management (e.g. FSLogix, PVS & MCS), troubleshooting in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support, and the administration of Hypervisors like VMWare, Windows Servers, Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies (GPOs).
