- Product design and engineering with experience in plastic parts, sheet metal
parts, casting parts and other engineering parts;
- Concept, design and implementation of tools for plastic injection parts and for
aluminium casting parts;
- Work with CAD: CREO, SW, NX;
PLM: Windchill;
CAE: Ansys , MOLDFLOW MPI .
Tasks :
- support for technical concepts and funcional concepts of new product;
- care for quality of projects, care for a budget;
- training for engineers and/or consultants.
Reference technical projects:
- New model planning - own the new model lineup. Create/manage part
numbers translating eBOMs to mBOMs. Engineering notice to PO process
and implementation into production; Responsible for compiling, releasing and
reporting the product configuration and cost for bills of material for
engineering releases (EBOMs) and manufacturing releases (MBOMs)
directly for WHIRLPOOL;
- design and construction of sliders for furniture, household equipment, (for:
SCHOCK-Metall / Stoxxparts);
- design and construction of rehabilitation devices for children, adults and the
elderly (for: LIW , ALREH) and implementation into production;
- design and engineering some of plastic elements in the project
P340-Gelenkwellenkühlung_982_GT4 ( Porsche AG / PlanB Engineering)
and implementation into production;
- design of electrical connectors for automotive industry ( Phillips Poland /
Fortech ) and implementation into production;
- design of injection molds (about 680), among others for Benteler, BMW G05
Security, Porsche AG P340 GWK GS, FCA, VW, others and implementation
into production;
- cooperation with WHIRLPOOL in the development of new products
(CAD/PLM);
- Moldflow analysis with EDAG Engineering for Opel, VW, Skoda, BMW,
SMP-Poland and others . (about 180 analyzes).
