About me

Software developer and automation specialist from Czechia. Alongside client work I build and run my own products (SaaS tools, iOS apps), so I think like a product owner. Direct communication, honest estimates, and software your team actually uses. I work in Czech and English.

I build custom business software for SMEs and manufacturers: I turn manual processes, Excel sheets and disconnected systems into one integrated business application, and add automation and AI where it actually pays off. Based in Czechia, working remotely for companies across the EU, in English or Czech. I handle projects end to end, from the first workshop and project management to coding, deployment and support.

Custom business applications
Internal tools and dashboards, customer portals, admin systems, workflow and approval apps, quoting and document systems, CRM-like systems, warehouse and manufacturing tools, reporting. Built AI-ready, so you can start with a normal application and add AI later.

Business digitalization (Digitalisierung)
For companies whose problem is simply "we do too much by hand": I map the process (Excel, emails, paper, retyping data into the ERP), then replace it with one system that connects your existing tools.

Process automation and AI (Prozessautomatisierung, KI-Automatisierung)
n8n, Make and workflow automation, AI agents and assistants, document processing and data extraction, knowledge search over company documents (RAG), email and CRM automation, reporting automation.

System integration (Systemintegration)
REST APIs, webhooks, ERP / CRM / e-shop integrations (Shopify, Medusa), fulfilment warehouse APIs, invoicing tools, data pipelines into BigQuery.

Tech stack
TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), Supabase / PostgreSQL, n8n, Make, SwiftUI, Electron, Expo / React Native, Docker, Coolify, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs.

Selected projects
  • Warehouse and purchasing ERP for a footwear e-commerce brand, with AI invoice reading and fulfilment-warehouse integration.
  • Production and warehouse system for a food producer, including production costs and automated employee bonuses.
  • Public-tender monitoring and supplier sourcing with n8n and a multi-model AI pipeline for a wholesale distributor.
  • Monthly social-security reporting automation for a festival organiser's seasonal workers.
  • AI automations for a PPC agency: UGC video scripts and keyword research.
  • Multilingual website and SEO for a timber company (rv-trade.cz).
  • Own products: an iOS app on the App Store (Appblox), an invoice generator (fakturyzator.cz) and an ASO/SEO SaaS (Enly).
How I work
One point of contact from analysis to deployment. Short iterations, a working version early, and fixed-price phases where it makes sense. I write maintainable code that your team can own.

RV-trade s.r.o. - timber company (CZ)

Goods & Retail

Client: a family-owned Czech timber company (sawn timber, firewood, custom woodwork, forestry services). I rebuilt their website and run it as their full digital partner: strategy, development, hosting and SEO.
What I did:
  • Strategy: keyword research for the Czech market and six export markets, chose which product pages and regions to target first.
  • Development: new website with an editable product catalogue (expanded from 13 to 20 products), enquiry forms and a backup of every form submission.
  • Internationalisation: the site in Czech plus six more languages with a language switcher, hreflang and per-language sitemaps.
  • SEO: technical SEO audit and fixes, local SEO for regional firewood searches, Google Search Console and Bing setup, new landing pages for high-demand products.
  • Infrastructure: self-hosted backend and database, automatic deploys from GitHub, uptime monitoring and a daily analytics pipeline.
Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, self-hosted Supabase / PostgreSQL, Coolify, Docker, Cloudflare.

Music festival organiser (CZ)

Media & Publishing

Client: a Czech music festival organiser that hires hundreds of temporary workers every season. Every month they must file employer reports to the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSZ) for each worker, which they did by hand. I designed and built the automation on my own and support it in live operation.

What I did:
  • Analysis: worked through the legal reporting requirements and the client's HR process with their office team, wrote a priced scope and got it approved.
  • Recruitment form and agreements: new fields in the worker onboarding form, education codes, automatic work location, e-signature of work agreements (Signi).
  • Registration XML: generates the official registration XML for every new worker, with classification, municipality codes and validation before submission.
  • Identifier sync: imports the identifiers returned by the authority back into each worker's card.
  • Monthly reports: generates the monthly employer report XML for all active workers.
  • Support: monitoring and fixing automation errors during the festival season, changes for the next season's CRM.
Stack: Tabidoo (CRM), Make.com, XML / XSD validation, Signi e-signature.

Footwear brand (e-commerce, CZ)

Goods & Retail

Client: a Czech footwear brand selling online, which ran its warehouse, purchasing and supplier deliveries in spreadsheets. I am their only developer and handle the whole project: requirements with the owner, design, development, deployment and support.

What I did:
  • Analysis and project management: mapped warehouse and purchasing processes with the owner, wrote acceptance criteria, split work into priced phases, run the backlog and releases.
  • UX design: designed the screens in Figma before building.
  • Development: products and variants, stock and warehouse movements, purchase orders with FIFO receiving, supplier delivery notices, invoices, EAN label generator, PDF exports with product photos.
  • Integrations: fulfilment warehouse API (Mailstep), e-shop data, email and web push notifications, product images on Cloudflare R2, n8n automations.
  • AI: reading supplier invoices with AI (n8n + Gemini), AI-drafted purchase orders, data layer for an AI assistant over company data.
  • Security and quality: role-based access with PostgreSQL row-level security, two-factor authentication (TOTP), code audits, CI deploys via GitHub Actions to Vercel.
  • Phase 2 (in progress): production costs from supplier invoices, audit log of who changed what, delivery forecasting, stock history and returns.
Stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase / PostgreSQL, n8n, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Figma.

Food production company (CZ)

Industry & Mechanical Engineering

Client: a frozen-fruit packing company whose warehouse and production ran on paper and Excel. I delivered the whole system on my own: from the kickoff meeting on site through analysis, development and deployment to ongoing support.

What I did:
  • Analysis and project management: kickoff and regular meetings with the operations manager, process mapping, module-by-module fixed-price offer, change requests and priorities.
  • Development of all modules: goods receiving, dispatch, cleaning records, staff training records, user profiles and roles, production protocols with barcode scanning and warehouse layout.
  • Production economics: energy, water and depreciation costs per production hour, monthly cost allocation, and an automated employee bonus calculation with monthly close, payout lock and blocking checks.
  • Reporting: branded PDF protocols for audits and customers.
  • Infrastructure: connection to the client's on-site server through a Node.js gateway and Cloudflare tunnel, coordinated with their local IT vendor.
  • Quality: full module audit, bug fixing and server-side business rules (Supabase edge functions).
Stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase / PostgreSQL, Node.js, Cloudflare.

Founder & Developer - Own SaaS and Mobile Products

Whole Being Labs (own products)

Internet & IT

Alongside client work I build and run my own software products under my company Whole Being Labs. I do everything myself: idea and market research, UX, development, hosting, payments, SEO and marketing.

What I built:
  • Enly: ASO + SEO + AI-visibility workspace for app and web marketers, multi-tenant with team workspaces and a hosted MCP server so AI assistants can query the data (Next.js, Supabase, DataForSEO).
  • Appblox: iOS app and website blocker, live on the App Store, with yearly and lifetime pricing (SwiftUI, Apple Screen Time APIs), plus a server-rendered marketing site and SEO blog.
  • Fakturyzator (fakturyzator.cz): free invoice generator for Czech freelancers with business-register lookup, VAT calculation, QR payments and PDF export.
  • Internal tools I use to run the business: project and task tracker with an MCP API for AI agents, uptime and analytics dashboards, and a data pipeline from Google Search Console and Cloudflare into BigQuery.
What this gives clients: I think like a product owner, not only a coder, and I know what it takes to keep software running in production.

Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Supabase / PostgreSQL, SwiftUI, n8n, Docker, Coolify, Cloudflare, BigQuery.

Wholesale distributor (CZ)

Goods & Retail

Client: a wholesale distributor that bids on public tenders (interiors, electro, building materials, schools, defence). The client found me as a freelancer and I have run the whole project myself, from the first meeting to live operation.

What I did:
  • Consulting and analysis: on-site workshops with the owner, mapped how they find, evaluate and price tenders, and turned it into a phased plan and fixed-price offer.
  • Architecture: chose the stack (self-hosted n8n, OpenRouter for LLM routing, Tabidoo as the team's database), designed the data model and all workflows.
  • Development: 11 n8n workflows. TENDER-EYE monitors Czech public procurement daily (national tender portals, contract register, business register) and scores each tender with AI. SOURCE-EYE extracts materials from tender documents, finds suppliers in the business register and drafts requests for quotation. MARKET-EYE analyses historical prices and winners per contracting authority.
  • Multi-model AI pipeline: cheap model for pre-screening, Claude for deep analysis and RFQ drafting, Gemini for PDF extraction.
  • Delivery and support: onboarding and training the client, deadline alerts and dashboards in Tabidoo, ongoing fixes and new data sources, server and cost monitoring.
Stack: n8n, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini (OpenRouter), REST APIs, Tabidoo, Hetzner.

PPC / marketing agency (SK)

Marketing, PR and design

Client: a Slovak PPC and performance-marketing agency (Google Ads, Meta Ads, creative). They found me as a freelancer and wanted to cut the manual work in their account management and content production. I scoped, built and handed over each automation myself.

What I did:
  • Discovery: meeting with the agency owner, picked the most repetitive tasks and priced each automation as a small fixed-price project.
  • PPC brief workflow: turns client inputs into a structured campaign brief for the team.
  • Integration automation: connected the agency's tools so data no longer had to be copied by hand.
  • UGC script generator: from a client brief or a meeting transcript, AI writes ready-to-shoot UGC video scenarios (hook, core message, call to action, 15s and 30s versions).
  • Keyword research workflow: AI-assisted keyword analysis for client e-shops, delivered as a ready report.
  • Iterations and handover: several feedback rounds tested on real client briefs, video guides for the team.
Stack: Make.com, LLM APIs, Google Sheets and Docs.
