Worked with the Amdocs team at Barbados in production support for the billing sub-module
of Amdocs Ensemble (CC&B) system. Involved in the bill preparation and bill production
for Barbados and the neighboring ten islands. Work includes bill jobs run, trouble
shooting for rejection of BANs and client's interaction. I have received a written
appreciation from the Client and the Employer for the billing work done in the course of
the employment.

Project Description: Worked in the Billing and Flexible Bill Formatter modules of Amdocs
Ensemble to provide end-to-end telecom billing solution for wireless telephony and 3G,
for Sprint PCS Business Billing, U.S.A. The purpose of these two modules is to produce an
extract of all the details of the bill production and then to format it into different
layouts using FBF GUI to present as a bill.

Job responsibilities: Requirement study and analysis, preparing impact analysis for the
requirements, preparation of project plan, preparation/review of documents for high level
design (Paper bill), low level design and mapping, distribution of work to the
development team and project tracking, technical guidance for and review of development
and testing activities including preparation of test plan and test cases, UAT, OGS,
weekly status meeting with the top management, customization of bill formatter envelope
process to read the extract supplied by the bill production module, co-ordination with
the bill preparation to track dependencies/action items/ open issues, mock-up (bill
format) review meetings, preparation of MOM, tracking different action items and open
issues for various versions, implementation support, execution of customer queries for
changes and corrections for multiple versions.

Project Description: An active member of the datawarehousing practice extending support
to various projects mainly for Unilever, Thailand and Hewitt, USA.

Training: Two weeks bootcamp on datawarehousing by Inteq Inc, U.S.A.

As Associate Group Head of the Management Accounting Module of MARSHAL-ERP Client/Server
applications developed using SQL Server, VC++, ODBC, VSS and VANTIVE.

Job responsibilities comprised coordinating the development team, distributing workload,
checking both open and closed responses for completeness and accuracy and Job functions
included coordinating development and maintenance activities to handle customer queries
and issues on defect tracking systems, collaborating the Quality Management group and
review of documents.

Involved in EURO development of Accounts payable module of MARSHAL. Also involved in the
design and development of an Internet portal using JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, IIS, ASP
and SQL Server 7.0.

This system automates sales related activities and keeps track of customer orders,
deliveries, customer accounts, payments, discounts and customer's credit balances.

Kochi, using Oracle and Powerbuilder. The System handles Mail maintenance, Transfer of
shares, Transmission of shares, Transposition of shares, Consolidation of folios, Change
of holder information, Call money entry, Dividend calculation, Annual General Meeting
reports, Queries and various MIS reports.

Customized a generalized Manufacturing Management package (MRP-II) called CHESS as per
client's requirements. Customized and Implemented the Purchase Order and Contract order
modules of the CHESS System by adding more fields and lookup/selection windows based on
market needs and better screen facility. Write codes for additional new as well as
changes in the existing monthly reports.
Software used: VAX/VMS, JCL, CICS, DB2, COBOL and Native PRO-IV v2.0.
