SAP Technical Support Rep IV, Sr. Process Executive, Quality Auditor

Roles and Responsibilities:

As SAP Technical Support Representative My roles and Responsibilities as follows;
* Provide 2nd level support for operational activities and troubleshooting of reported issues.
* Support SAP and Partner system non-sync issue related to Order and Shipment
* Handling Incident Management Tickets related to Logistics.
* Monitor intermediate systems XI, HPSB and See burger.
* Acts as escalation point for customers where resolution ownership is uncertain.
* Tracing sales orders in Errors and informing our B2B team to process the files or ask partners
to send the correct data in file.
* Worked on EDI and IDOCs both inbound and outbound model
* Involved in Proactive Monitoring process to ensure the Incidents reduction.
* Interacting with clients through calls/mails for required approvals and actions for fast
Processing of the tickets.
* Responsible for the Analyzing of the root cause for fallout over shipment of every products
* Responsible for highlighting on the IT issues which delays process work flow to the customer.
* Co-coordinating with the factory, Execution Teams, Allocation teams, Availability Teams, for the
Smooth execution of sales order for customers associated with HP.
* Resolving EDI fallouts on time to make sure shipment is processed without delay
* Handling and request allocation team to work on escalated orders to prioritize the top
* customer accounts
* Resolve IDOCS (intermediate docs) which does not allow the orders to be processed on time in
SAP as per the schedule.
* Monitoring smooth job flow in order to process the sales order stock levels in between
Systems.
* Providing SAP system access to the HP Internal and external partners based on the
Departments and operations they work for with SAP Approvers acceptance.
* Giving extended validity and additional T-code access based on the tickets requested to us.
* Analyzing the errors and rectify the access issues for the customers based on the validity and
the access restrictions.
* When issues cannot be fixed permanently as occurrence is for the first time, I will coordinate
Between different operation teams to get the desired, favorable and satisfactory agreement

Role: MDM Support Analyst.

Master Data

* Maintain the Master Data in SAP for Materials, Vendors & Contracts for Hindustan Unilever &
DSM Chemicals.
* Blocking/Deleting the vendors
* Responsible for processing the requests as per the Service Level Agreement
* Handling Queries in Mailboxes.
Spend Analysis (Asia & AMET) for Hindustan Unilever and submitting the report to all the countries.

Responsibilities:

* Inspecting Incoming & Outgoing quality of the materials procured from different vendors
* Preparing a failure report for monthly, daily & weekly.
* Process audits been conducted in ATO, Engine operations, warehouse, Shipping & Material
Department.
* Worked in reliability labs in testing the quality of mobile spare parts.
