Purchase Major equipment for Projects,
Import of all Major Project requirement
Monitoring and Controlling Technical Requirements of Shop-floor and Projects.
Co-ordinating with Norwegian counterpart for Turbine Manufacturing
Prepare annually a rolling longterm plan
Continuous Improvement Programs and Cost Reduction
Business generation and Expansion Technical Reviews of Contracts,
Manufacturing Hydro Turbines, Hydro Electric Plant Equipment's
