Project Description:
I independently developed a custom web application that automates content posting to Instagram and Facebook, designed specifically for educational institutions. The system includes two main user roles: Teachers and Admin, each with tailored access and functionality.
The platform streamlines content submission, review, and publishing by allowing teachers to upload multiple images or videos with descriptions. Once reviewed and approved by an admin, the media is automatically posted to the organization’s official Instagram and Facebook pages using social media APIs.
Key Features: Teacher Module: Secure login and dashboard for teachers. Upload functionality for multiple images and videos with descriptions. Media saved temporarily in the system for admin approval. Status tracking for each submission (pending, approved, posted). Admin Module: Authentication system with role-based access control. Media approval interface with preview, edit, and reject options. Post scheduling or instant publishing options. Full activity log and audit trail of posts. Instagram & Facebook API Integration: Integrated with official Graph API for Facebook & Instagram. Automatic posting with attached media and captions. Error handling and status update for successful or failed posts. Database System: Efficient backend storage using MySQL for managing users, media, post logs, and status. Optimized queries for handling bulk media uploads and fast admin review. Technology Stack: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap) Backend: PHP (Core PHP or Laravel/CodeIgniter as applicable) Database: MySQL API: Facebook Graph API (Instagram Basic Display or Instagram Graph) ? This project is a comprehensive event booking and multi-vendor e-commerce platform, requiring careful planning, strong technical execution, and full-stack expertise
Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Designed and developed a responsive, user-friendly front-end using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Ensured a seamless user experience across all devices. Backend Development: Built a robust backend using PHP and MySQL (or mention specific framework like CodeIgniter or Laravel if used). Managed dynamic content, user roles (admin, vendors, customers), and real-time data updates.
Vendor Management System: Created a multi-vendor module that allows individual vendors to register, list their services/products, manage their bookings, and track orders independently. Event Booking Module: Integrated a customized event booking system with date/time selection, ticket limits, and dynamic pricing logic. Ensured smooth customer flow from selection to payment.
Payment Gateway Integration: Implemented secure and reliable payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, etc.) to handle online transactions with proper error handling and confirmation systems. Admin Panel: Developed a powerful admin dashboard to monitor site activity, manage vendors, approve listings, and view detailed reports.
Testing & Debugging: Performed end-to-end testing (manual + automated scripts) to ensure all site modules worked flawlessly. Debugged issues in real-time and optimized performance.
