Responsibility: Offshore support for SAP PM/PP/QM Module support. Major Development for Diversion of
components from 1 order to another order. Resolving issue related to serialization.

Description: SHK Kelkar is India's largest & oldest fragrance manufacturing company. It has 7 plant
inside India & one plant is outside India i.e. in Netherlands. Manufacturing process is very
critical & confidential. Manufacturing composition is secrete & stays in standalone system; from
there it passes in SAP system by means of Core A & Core B. Costing calculation is very tedious &
enormous because of non-disclosure of manufacturing components.

Responsibility: Offshore support for day to day SAP PM/PP/QM/EHS Module support issue. Major
Development of Batch Management which copies characteristics values from bulk products to packed
products

Description: IPEG, International Plastic Engineering Group, USA is one of major manufacturer
specialized machinery. IPEG was using earlier BAAN ERP. They replace BAAN ERP with SAP ERP.
Manufacturing process was not much mapped in BAAN system, but it was more comfortable in SAP variant
configuration. The challenge was converting dependency written in BAAN into SAP.

Responsibility: Supply Chain Management Business Process Design for Production Planning
Client interaction, AS IS business study, Prepared Business Blueprint, Variant configuration, Writes
dependencies for various BOM, Planning workflow.

Description: DAP Chemical, USA is one of major manufacturer home repair and construction products,
including latex caulks, silicone sealants, contact cements, construction adhesives, glues, glazing,
spackling, and other general patch and repair products.

Responsibility: Conducted As study with user, Prepared Business blueprint & to be document,
Customization & Realization, Data Migration, Go Live Support. This was PP-PI Implementation along
with in depth quality process. Key role in Proposing business process related to PI sheet, in
process Inspection & quality control indicators.

Description: Renault Nissan multinational automobile company's Chennai car manufacturing plant
having different application system. KONG is production system using by Casting & Machining Plant.
Requirement is that has to interface with SAP system for their finance & controlling requirement.

Responsibility: Interacting with NML KONG Team & SAP Team for interface building, Prepared BRND
(Business Review Narrative Document). KONG is Japanese software which capture the machine running
information, but it does not hold the financial information. So, it interfaced with SAP PP Module
for Financial information.

Description: Renault Nissan multinational automobile company's Chennai car manufacturing plant
wanted SAP system for their Stamping manufacturing facility to cater their day to day production
process.

Responsibility: Dealt with key process owners of the Stamping Plant of RNAIPL and performed the
impact study on other module MM, SD, FI with respect to PP implementation and BRND (Business Review
Narrative Document) Sign Off. Implemented SAP Manufacturing process along with Barcode Label.

Description: City Cement Company was one of the largest cements manufactures of cement in Saudi
Arabia with modern technologies production process. They mine lime stones from their own site.
Responsibility: Interacted with key BPO, AS IS study, To Be Design, BBP prepartion. Proposed MTS,
Repetative & Order based manufacturing process methodology. Appreciated for overcoming major
challenges such as automation/interface of DCS/PLC with SAP server for getting running hours & auto
confirmation of production & consumption. Captured Machine stoppages for break down analysis

Description: Dina Food Company was one of the largest CPG products manufacturer in Iran. They
manufaured foods snackes & bevarages. They were having bottling plant of Pepsi products.
Responsibility: Interacted with key BPO, AS IS study, To Be Design, BBP prepartion. Design Business
process mapping for MTS & Repetative manufacturing wrt CPG. Effectively faced the challenge of
conversion of English screen to Farsi screen.
