My name is Ravi Sankar Nori. A Harvard University alumnus with nearly 20 years of experience in global capital markets with a deep understanding of sustainability and the ESG domains.
I believe my intersection of experience in equity research, credit ratings, sustainability, business management, and global expertise, along with a distinguished academic record as Harvard alumni will help add significant value for companies and investors alike.
I have twenty years of experience in the global capital markets in research, ratings, and sustainability domains in global capital markets. I am currently the Founder of Sustangibles Private Limited, a boutique ESG research, advisory, and consulting firm. I founded Sustangibles with a vision to create tangible intelligence on complex sustainability issues. As a part of the consulting assignments I have delivered deep expertise in GHG emission forecasts, net-zero strategies, sustainability reporting protocols, and ESG rating frameworks and methodologies.
Before Sustangibles, I worked in leadership roles with renowned companies such as Crisil, a Standard & Poor’s Company, Cognizant, an IT services leader, and Irevna Research, the first-ever high-end KPO start-up (later acquired by Crisil). I set up and led several functions during my tenure, including analytical, operations, and client solutions in equity research, credit ratings, data operations, and client solutions. I have worked on complex analytical projects while navigating large and complex client organizations and building credible relationships with clients. My clients included global corporations, equity research firms, stock exchanges and multi-lateral agencies.

I believe that successful leaders should be continuous learners. This philosophy reflects my choice of diverse roles, career choices, and specialized degrees. I hold two Masters’ degrees, including a Masters in Liberal Arts (Sustainability) from Harvard University, Extension Studies in 2022, and an MBA (Finance) from JNT University, India, in 2002.
