Project history
Project: SAP HCM RollOut.
During the 4 years on organization, I supported as SAP HCM PY Consultant for the payroll
process, by customizing SAP HCM PY, developing ABAP specifications, and some particularities of
TM, BN, PA and PD. The main activities were:
* Face-to-face training for service teams from other countries and branches, effectively
participating in the creation and presentation of English material on Brazilian
legislation and its contextualization in SAP HCM;
* Execution of projects related to the acquisition of new companies (Rollout), through the
implementation of SAP PY for these companies, from documentation creation and ABAP
functional specification, to the customization and changes in Payroll Schemes and Rules.
Other activities were the creation of Business Blue Print and Program creation for those
process SAP does not cover by standard;
* SAP HCM Retroactive Calculation;
On-site acting through HRDevelopers:
