Strong academic background in Integrated Safety Engineering, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in occupational health, safety, and fire protection, and currently completing a PhD in the same field.
International experience across multiple projects – successfully delivered HSE responsibilities on major projects in Italy (Mondi), Switzerland (ThyssenKrupp), and Slovakia (McDermott, Slovnaft, Amazon).
Strong expertise in construction and high-risk industries – managed HSE on construction projects with over 800 workers. 
Comprehensive HSE process management:

• Leading risk assessments (RA) and internal safety audits.
• Site coordination including toolbox talks, daily briefings, and pre-work meetings.
• Managing permit-to-work (PTW) systems and legal compliance.
• Monitoring and analyzing HSE KPIs (LTI, near misses, audits, closure rates).

Excellent communication and training skills:

• Certified trainer and fire protection technician.
• Designing and delivering safety training sessions to increase awareness.
• Skilled in cooperation with clients, contractors, and management teams.

Key certifications and technical competencies:

• SCC certificate, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001 / 19011
• Work at heights (PPE Category III), First Aid, Rigger license
• Certified Safety Technician (Slovakia)
