My professional journey
I started in tech, building systems that cut processing time in half at companies like Framfab and Malmö Aviation. But something was missing. While managing IT at Lund University, I noticed that technical solutions often failed without addressing the human element.
This realization led me to immerse myself in understanding human dynamics. After facilitating over 100 conflict resolution cases and completing extensive training in communication, I discovered I could see patterns others missed. A leadership assessment in 2024 confirmed this unusual capacity, placing me among the top 5% of leaders.
Today, as a Scrum Master at diconium, I help teams improve by running small experiments they control. I've built a self-sustaining mediation community and regularly teach these skills internationally.
My strength lies in bridging technical needs with human understanding. I know when to say no to keep focus and when to ask for help to leverage collective wisdom. With an MSc in Sociology and current training in Agile Project Management, I bring a toolkit that addresses both the visible symptoms and the deeper currents of organizational life.
I'm at my best when helping leadership teams navigate complex transformations and technical teams break through collaboration barriers. My commitment is not just solving today's problem, but building capacity that remains long after I've gone.
