Project history
- Implemented SAP in Europe in 18 countries for Sales B2B/B2C and CRM, Logistics and Finance as overall business responsible person following the Safe Agile/Scrum methodology. As Program Owner represented the business and leaded a team of Product Owners (6) and 5 (cross-border) Scrum teams (50+ persons);
- Delivered the 40 Million Euro project in time within budget.
- Implementation included enabling a new selective distribution strategy with omni-channel capabilities as part of the Digital Strategy.
- Project managed improvement activities, global transition programs and develop Lean capabilities within Global Sales Operations and EU customer call centers.
- Implemented ‘On-line Community website’ (Lithium) as part of the Digital Strategy for the North America website
- Roll out of SAP CRM globally for Customer Service & Repair (North America; China, Japan, India) using Agile/Scrum with India (off shore) based development teams;
- Roll out of SAP CRM Sales & Mkt for North America (including the Philippian Call Center (Manilla)); China
