Project history
Tasks:
Administration and coordination of sales of line and third-party products,
including pumping equipment and spare parts for water wells; starting with the
reception of the client's RFQ, continuing with the quotation, order, payment,
assembly of the order in coordination with the warehouse, shipment and
monitoring of the delivery of the material. Inventory management, coordination
of national and international purchases.
Imports of containers and other packages from Norway, Switzerland, India and
the United States; review and delivery of the minimum documents necessary
for import, provide the documentation to the customs agency to start the import
process, monitoring the import process, review of import documents, tariff
items, requests, NOMs and taxes. Guarantee the quick and correct release of
the merchandise.
Export of merchandise to Colombia, Chile and Nicaragua; Sending necessary
documentation to the client for export, coordination of the entire export process
to ensure rapid and correct release and delivery in the destination country.
Account management and billing, collection, tracking payments.
