Senior Technical Lead - Functional Safety

Responsibilities:
* In line with project team for all new projects in Engine Assembly & Testing.
* Knowledge of Engine Sensors & Actuators.
* Creating Engine Testing Cycle (HF, FTP, ELR, and ESC).
* Troubleshooting of IASYS and AVL Software.
* Troubleshooting & Programming of Siemens PLC .
* Improvements for MTTR, MTBF.
* TPM knowledge.
* Spare parts planning.
* WHY WHY Analysis, Breakdown Analysis.
* Machine Simplicity/Reliability/flexibility.
* Maintaining Calibrations.
* Engine Harness Design modification.

Responsibilities:
* Handling and Calibration of test bed equipment's.
* Handling Test bed automation software (AVL Puma) .
* Maintaining and calibrating test bed Instruments, like: Engine Dyno, Smoke Meter, Fuel meter,
pressure and temperature sensors.
* Supervising fault diagnostics.
* Working on device communicating protocols- CAN, K-Line .
* Training on Li-ion Battery, ac motor & electronic circuit/component testing (ICT/FCT, EMC).
