* Worked as Individual Contributor from Offshore to implement Onboarding 2.0 and change requests in
Recruitment module.
* Involved on design workshops to gather the requirement, system Configuration and run through the Iterations.
* Worked with Clients to complete their End to End UAT Testing. And run through Knowledge Transfer session
with their business teams.
* Configured the Onboarding process for 16 countries with no defects.
* Helped Employee Central team with the UAT phase.
* Supported during their Hyper care period and provided the extended support to them.
* Configuration of crossboarding, Offboarding and Rehire.
