Responsibilities as PP/QM Module Lead (for recent 5 months):
* Timely update of status reports.
* Providing KT to the new associates about the status reports, daily monitoring report.
* Providing KT to the new associates regarding HPSM tool for Tickets.
* Checking the progress status of the new associates related to the following of the business
process and PP skills.
* Reviewing the analysis, functional specification, test documents of the new associates.
* Worked as a PP Consultant for mapping the Planning and Execution Processes for one of Leading
Manufacturing sector organization based in India for its 4 plants all over India.
* Good knowledge in SAP PP for configuration of Master Data, Production planning, Material
Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control for MTO & MTS Industries.
* Real Time Exposure for Mapping the complexities of Shop Floor Control in Automobile Industry.
* Experience in Production planning with integration knowledge of PP-MM, PP-CO and PP-SD.
* Good Knowledge in Data Migration Tools of SAP like BDC & LSMW.
* Coordinated activities like User Trainings, Master Data Upload and Cutover activities.
* Performed hand holding activities after Go-Live in intense Go-Live Support
* Integration of PP with MM in goods movements, PP with CO for costing.



Implementation Projects:

1. Implementation in HCIL plant with Support - PP/QM (December 2017 to April 2018)

* Realization of all configuration components required to be added.
* Configured and created production order types, scheduling parameters for production orders,
schedule margin key, planning horizon, production scheduler and production scheduling profile.
* Configured MRP area, default values for generation of operations, confirmation parameters,
checking control on PP order, checking rule for creation and release of PP order, schedule margin
key.
* Created custom reports for mass uploading the setup time and processing time in routing, material
shortage report.
* Carried out unit testing, integration testing and regression testing for PP
* Trained end users on process flows, use of different order types for production, different

* All the configuration required from production point of view.
* Uploaded the masters using tools like LSMW & BDC.
* Successfully run the MRP in Make to stock scenario.
* Working in SAP S/4 HANA 1510 with integration of barcode & serialized No.
* Created production profile for automation of production order.
* Preparation of Business Process Documents, User Manuals for Support to end users
* Integrated PP with MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process,
reservations, production order, planning, purchase requisition, MRP process, sub-contracting,
