33 years of experience in the fertilizers field and mining : 
- Commissioning and start-up the new Fertilizers (DAP-NPK : 1200 t/d) plant in October 1985 in Gabès Tunisia,
- Commissioning and start-up the first pipe reactor project for Fertilizers (DAP-NPK) producing in Poland (Police 1997),
- Improving profitability and yields of fertilizers plants in Tunisia and for GCT customers (Phosphoric acid + DAP-NPK + DCP production, Phosphoric acid treatment) in accordance with environmental standards.
- Executive MBA and main modules acquired : Finance, Operation management, Supply chain, Project Management, Communication, Deals Negotiation, Marketing, Statistics, Team building, Merger and acquisition, Customer relationship management, Corporation Social Responsibility, ....
- Involvement in sea water desalination project (50.000 m/3 per day).
- Managing Director of mines in the Tunisian Ministry of Energy and mines. 
- Various mining opportunities : phosphate, salt, gypsum, iron, ...
- Commissioning and startup of the biggest phosphoric acid plant in Egypt :
    3 phosphate milling units (130 t/h each),
    2 phosphate attack-digestion and filtration (600 T.P2O5 per day each), 
    Special phosphoric acid and gas treatments related to environnement and to specific PA qualities).
