Role: SAP LE - Transportation Consultant
* Key member of Pet Chem Logistics team and Jio LE & Transportation team.
* Responsible for delivery of transportation process solutions in SAP for Outbound transportation
involving Domestic & Export shipments.
* Designed solutions and configured shipment document types, shipment cost types, pricing setup for
road, sea & air shipments; settlement of freight bills in logistics dashboard.

Reliance Star Implementation Project: This is one of the biggest SAP implementations in Asia. This
implementation took place at all the plants, warehouses & depots of Reliance industries across India
in very limited phases.
* Has been part of this project in design, testing and implementation.
* Designed solutions, provided guidance to the team in configuration of shipment document types;
shipment cost document types; pricing setup for road, sea & air shipments; settlement of freight
bills in logistics dashboard and automate passing of scrolls to finance team for payment.
* Handling Pricing related business requirements in SAP.
* Handling SAP Pricing Enhancements and providing Production Support.
* Design and develop Pricing Formula & Requirements as per the business needs.
* Involved in creation of condition types, access sequences and condition procedures encompassing
pricing.
* Has implemented shipment and shipment cost process for depot shipments and Pallets movements
(inbound and outbound).
* Redesigned the stock transfer (plant to virtual plant) of PTA process from Logistics and
transportation standpoint for simplifying and having everything done in the background by running
just one transaction and making it available for settlement process and scrolling done for
payment.
* Had worked on having a Freight portal for having the freight vendors raise and submit freight
invoices and also linked the freight portal with DMS (Document management system).
* Has worked in developing user friendly custom settlement dashboard.
* Created functional specifications, guided team members in solution development, unit testing,
integration testing, user training; assisted business users with UAT, data migration, cut-over
activities & system readiness check.
* Had plant visits to Hazira, Silvassa, Pathalganga, Vadodara and Dahej as part of the project for
user testing and training.
* Has trained super users during the testing phase and end users as part of pre go live activity.
* Represented the team in testing phase and in Business board meetings.


Reliance Jio Implementation Project: As part of Reliance Industries great idea to expand their
footprint into telecom industry as Reliance Jio. This is a multi client development project.
* As part of this we have implemented Yard management for processing and tracking of Trucks and
shipments in system.
* Developed a custom cross client dashboard as part of having planning, consolidation of delivery
movements from different clients for having freight planned efficiently.
* Had developed custom freight settlement platform for freight settlement of cross system
consolidated movements.
* Trained users in SAP Sales Order creation, Pricing, Availability Check, Outputs, Delivery
Creation, using Delivery Monitor, PGI & Billing creation.
* Has developed Excel file upload functionality, for having vendor freight invoices uploaded into
system enabling Accounts to have the payments processed.
* Created functional specifications, guided team members in solution development, unit testing,
integration testing, user training; assisted business users with UAT, data migration, cut-over
activities & system readiness check.

* Key Logistics team member for support & enhancement desk for any SAP SD & LE Configuration
activities, UAT & SR requests.
* Functional Lead for SAP Freight platform for Shipment Planning, Booking Confirmation and Freight
Cost Estimation & Freight Invoicing through electronic exchange of messages back & forth between
SAP and 3rd Party Freight Forwarder systems for Domestic & Ocean Shipments.
* Customized Pricing procedures with new condition types, access sequences, condition tables for
the Domestic - Road, Rail, Courier etc & Export - Sea & Air movements.
* Developed Pricing Formulas & Requirements as per business requirements.
* Freight Spent Analytics business reporting.
* Managing the monitoring activity of electronic messages and addressing failures and resolving
them
* Generate important metrics for reporting the KPI's.
* Master Data maintenance - Customers, Vendors, Pricing condition records, Output condition
records, customer material info records etc.
* Help business community with their day to day issues.


Key Deliverables:
* Implemented TAB process for our third party sales to accommodate the transportation planning done
internally.
* SAP LE-TRA Transportation: SP&E and Non-SP&E Freight Implementation.
* Handled the changes in the connectivity configuration with FF in the PI system.
