- Prepare and update project package and schedule
- Ensuring plans meet the client's specifications
- Making estimation to complete unscheduled operations (Non-routine job cards)
- Interacting with other departments to achieve team planning and scheduling
(OPS manager, supervisors, quality, engineering, supply chain, facility, etc.)
- Ensuring procedures are carried out safely
- Monitor day to day progress and prepare the weekly and monthly reporting
