Project history
Administering a 200+ user Enterprise Edition Sales Cloud org with heavy Apex customisation. Shipped 8 Flows and 3 Apex classes to production via change sets, working in Jira sprints. Audited 10 profiles and 30 permission sets, removing excess access from 20 users. Flagged 20% of fields as unused and built user deactivation Flows that freed 25 licences. Running the weekly web-order load into Salesforce, activating paid orders and fixing data issues. Handling user management, validation rules, reports and Data Loader work, and supporting the Service Cloud rollout.
Led the Zoho CRM project for camps in two countries, from requirements to training, with an assistant. Migrated 120,000 contacts into Zoho CRM, merging 14,000 duplicates. Built Zoho Creator payment forms (Redsys) for 2,400 registrations a season, linked to Mailchimp and Sheets. Delivered reporting used by the CMO and her team, and built automations for the 2026/27 season.
Sole owner of the group's CRM across Code Space Academy and Wanna Marketing, working with the CEO and directors. Integrated Zoho CRM with the bookings system via API, ran data imports and implemented an AI chatbot.
