Salesforce Development
Apex across client orgs and a managed package: triggers and trigger frameworks, service and domain layers, asynchronous Apex with Batch, Queueable, Future and Scheduled jobs, SOQL and SOSL, bulkification, governor limits, test classes and coverage strategy.
Lightning Web Components and UI
Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura and Salesforce Visualforce. Custom UI for sales, service and customer-facing portals. JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, plus React and React Native outside the platform.
Configuration and Automation
Flow, record-triggered automation, data modelling, sharing and security model, profiles and permission sets, identity and access management, single sign-on.
Integration
REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, custom Apex integrations, ETL and middleware patterns. Salesforce to NetSuite integration built first with MuleSoft, then replaced with direct Apex and NetSuite SuiteLet scripts. Integrated DocuSign, GetAccept, Maxio, Nue CPQ, Clari, LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Aircall and in-house back-office systems.
Quote-to-Cash and CPQ
Built a Salesforce-native CPQ engine from scratch: bundles, volume and quantity discounts, price ramps, term-based pricing and multi-step approvals, with contract lifecycle management, billing and document generation. Implemented Nue CPQ and quoting in client orgs, and have worked in orgs running Salesforce CPQ.
DevOps and Release Management
Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, source-driven development, Git, Gearset and Copado. Built custom CI/CD pipelines from scratch and ran deployments into several client orgs.
AppExchange and Packaging
Built and listed a Salesforce AppExchange application. Packaging, upgrade paths and limit-conscious design for a managed package.

Project history
Built a multimodal search platform over roughly four million retail products aggregated from Zalando, ASOS, Farfetch and other merchants, including the infrastructure that keeps the catalogue current. Solved identity resolution and entity matching across sources, built unified product profiles, and drove segmentation with embeddings and vector search. Implemented the AI layer covering image and text processing, LLM-driven enrichment and a conversational interface. Shipped a React web application and a React Native app on the Apple App Store.
These are the same primitives Salesforce Data Cloud solves, built outside it. The product did not find distribution, which was a go-to-market problem rather than a technical one.
Designed and built a Salesforce-native quote-to-cash application.
Wrote the CPQ engine from scratch: bundles, services, volume and quantity discounts, price ramps, term and volume based pricing, and multi-step approvals. Built contract lifecycle management, billing, invoices and invoice line items and document generation on top of it, and started an e-signature portal on Experience Cloud.
Apex, LWC and Flows throughout, with packaging, upgrade paths and governor-limit-aware design for a managed package that has to survive in someone else's org.
The product did not reach market fit. The cause was too little customer discovery before building rather than the engineering, and it changed how I validate scope before committing to a build.
Hands-on Salesforce delivery for B2B SaaS clients on multi-year engagements. Wrote Apex, LWC, Visualforce and Flows in client production orgs, owned data models, sharing and security design, and built the integrations.
For a 100-person B2B SaaS company selling construction management software: merged two Salesforce orgs and two data models into one after a company merger, then built the lead-to-deal process, product pricing and quoting, renewals, a GetAccept contracting integration, a Maxio billing integration and a customer-facing Experience Cloud portal for licence and seat self-service.
For a 100-person German recruiting technology company: greenfield build covering data architecture, security and data access, the full lead-to-deal process, custom contracting functionality and a deep bidirectional integration with their in-house back-office system. Built the development lifecycle from scratch with a custom CI/CD pipeline, then moved the team onto Gearset.
For a 500-person B2B SaaS company selling to banks and credit unions: built and listed a Salesforce AppExchange application that supported renewal of a contract worth over $1M. Implemented Nue CPQ and DocuSign, modelled reseller and referral partner revenue share, and built the Salesforce to NetSuite integration, first with MuleSoft, then replaced with direct Apex and NetSuite SuiteLet scripts.
Founded the consultancy in 2019, grew it to eight people, and set the development standards the team built against.
