Energy Business. Sunnova Energy Utilized Latest Technologies of Salesforce to deliver business
solutions for their end customers.

Responsibilities:



* Designed various WebPages in Visual Force for capturing various customer enquiries and Implemented
logic for migrating cases to different queues based on the type of customer enquiry.
* Assisted in the implementation of the Sales Cloud to support the marketing and sales divisions of
the company.

* Used Batch Apex to build an archiving solution that ran on a nightly basis, looking for records
