ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Configuration of MM Organizational Elements.
* Master data: * Material Master, Vendor Master Creation and evaluation, Purchase Info Records, with
Purchase Optimization techniques using Source List, Quota Arrangement, and Outline Agreements.
* Expertise in MM Documents - RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Goods
Issue, Invoice Verification.
* Release strategies for PR and external purchasing.
* Supported end users in day-to-day operations all issues related to MM-purchasing.
* Supporting key users and resolved various tickets. Mapping of new requirements, identifying data
errors and test reports Documents.
* Prepare Functional Specifications document & reduce cycle time for planning. Material for
Rejections to vendors, cancellations, reversal of documents.
* Helped automation team with functional issues and used to help them in developing scripts by
giving functional walkthrough.
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction and meeting SLA, ensure the Quality before dispatching to Clients,
and define the priorities for the team.

ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Team Member of SAP P2P AMS. Providing support to the P2P/SRM and Ariba and Providing Support
on L2 and L3 incidents in the P2P cycle on business priorities.
* Handling STO issues for transfer of Devises between POS Stores and Distribution centres using
TIMO Application (Retail Application).
* Exposure on OER system and monitoring device life cycle Events.
* Worked on Inventory Management (MIGO) transactions for Goods receipt (GR) / Goods issue (GI) /
Stock Transfers and Transfer Postings.
