* Involved with business development managers or sales team during the initiation phase of the project to draft the business
requirement documents, prepare the solution design and gap analysis documents, perform feasibility and risk analysis, work on cost
estimations and deliver the final proposal for the new projects.
* Intensive use of elicitation techniques to gather and finalize the requirements. Worked with approximately 30+ banks in Middle East
and Africa for their new initiatives.
* Cost negotiations with vendors to execute the project in budgetary limits.
