TotalFina is a French/Belgian multi-national petrochemical company. I was working at their
British headquarters as part of a team implementing their Sales and Distribution system on SAP
R/2 v5.

TNT Express is a multinational transport and distribution company. I was part of their SAP team
and worked with business managers, users and the IS department specifying and developing
reports and interfaces.

Building on my previous 10+ years' experience acquired leading SAP projects, I co-founded an SAP
consulting and recruitment practice with offices in the UK, Spain and India. Throughout my 11 years
at Net Business Solutions, I have been responsible for providing SAP Technical Consulting and SAP
Project Management as well as providing SAP Resources and SAP Teams to SAP customers across Europe.

Started as part of the Accenture Sweden team until the project was outsourced and transferred to IBM
Global Services, Sweden. I was assigned to the Ericsson SAP Project Team who were responsible for
the global implementation, rollout and support of all Ericsson's SAP systems. My role was within the
Technical Delivery team who were responsible for designing, developing, implementing, rolling out
and supporting new developments, master data and data interfaces between the various SAP systems and
legacy external or third party systems. My role involved the following:
* Managing a number of integration projects within the SAP area and providing advice and
guidance, conducting change readiness assessments where needed in the business and improve the
way in which SAP interfaces were being used. Building and executing the handover and
sustainability plans to support successful implementation of change to relevant elements of
the overall SAP integration solution.
* Implementation and enhancement of EDI, ALE, IDOC and BAPI interfaces between various SAP
systems and Legacy systems as well as Ericsson's Global Master Data System.
* Part of Performance Improvement Team. Worked closely with SAP, HP and IBM to improve the SAP
system performance. Modules used: FICO, SD, MM and PP.
* Preparation and knowledge and Skills transfer (over a 3 month period) to the IBM India team
who have now taken over the support team functions.

ExxonMobil is the world's largest Petro-Chemical Company. The Brussels based Stripes Project Team is
responsible for the BPR activity within their Global SAP project. The modules implemented include
IS-OIL, FI, CO, SD, MM, IM, PP, PM and LIS. I joined the Stripes project within their Supply Team as
a Project Manager and Lead Technical Consultant. In my time on the project, I was part of three full
project life cycles and successful go-lives in Europe, South East Asia, Japan and South America. My
job functions were at several levels; these are briefly outlined below:
* Responsible for managing all workstreams and managing integration teams as the project
involved many complex reports and interfaces with various legacy systems.
* Working directly with Senior Stakeholders to manage all aspects of delivery from resourcing,
budgeting, planning, transformation/business change to final transition to support and
benefits realisation.
* Scoping and work / resource requirement estimation for the Supply team's integration and
reporting requirements.
* Writing detailed technical specification documents for the team's Integration, Data
Migration, LIS and ABAP reporting requirements.
* Main communication point between the business process teams and the development team.
* Worked with data conversion team to facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems.
* Responsible for the specification, development and testing of custom upload programs to
migrate data into SAP SD/MM and LIS.
* Design, specification, configuration and development of bespoke and SAP standard ALE based
inbound and outbound IDOC interface for IS-OIL and Logistics modules.
* Specification, design, configuration, development and updating of customer-specific LIS
structures
* Design, specification and development of new LIS functionality within the IS-OIL TD
Shipments module.
* Specification, design and development of an IS-OIL Exchanges related system that
automatically created back to back purchase orders and goods receipt documents for
corresponding sales orders and goods issues created by users.
* Design, specification and development of a 'fast data entry' transaction to create IS-OIL TD
shipments.
* Post go-live support to all ExxonMobil SAP centres (Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan, South
America)
* Skills transfer of teams development's to the local ExxonMobil SAP support centres.
* Proof of concept project for SAP Business Warehouse.

Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Electrical and Electronic
products. The MIX team was responsible for the BPR activity within their European wide project, this
was achieved with the aid of SAP R/3 (3.1H) and implemented within 11 European Countries. The
modules implemented include FI, CO, SD, MM, IM, IM-Purchasing, PP, ( SOP, Manufacturing, MRP ) and
EIS. I joined the MIX project within their EDI Team as a Senior technical consultant. My job
functions were at several levels, these are briefly outlined below :
* Realise EDI / ALE business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
* Provide skills transfer within the Interface Team (ALE, EDI, ABAP/4 & WF).
* Design and develop various template EDI mapping documents. (SAP IDOC to EDI EDIFACT)
* Design, develop and Configure EDI Interfaces for Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Acknowledgement,
Shipping Notification, Sales Orders, and Invoice documents.
* Extend SAP standard IDOCS including design and development of User Exits.
* Design, development and configuration of various workflow scenarios used in conjunction with EDI
and ALE plus additional bespoke business process workflows.
* Design and Development of a Test Script Generation Tool using SAP's OLE and BAPI functionality.
* Timesheet System.

Norton Healthcare is a leading manufacturer and supplier of generic pharmaceuticals throughout the
U.K. The modules implemented include FI, CO, SD, MM, IM, IM-Purchasing, PP, ( SOP, Manufacturing,
MRP ) and LIS. I joined the Business Excellence (BPR Team) as an SAP Technical Team Leader. My job
function is briefly outlined below :
* Realise business and functional requirements into technical specifications for data migration,
interfaces and reports. Responsible for the planning, resourcing and management of the data
conversion team to facilitate migration of data from legacy systems into SAP. Advising on best
practice upload methods and the development of the strategy for data conversion and it's
testing.
* Prioritise and schedule all development workload and resources. Involved in the
recruiting/interviewing ABAP/4 contract resource.
* Liaise between the development team, business members, functional consultants and Basis team.
* Provide skills transfer within the development team. Introduce Business Specification and
Change request procedures. Development of ALE interfaces, reports, interfaces & dialogue
transactions.

Diagonal was one of the top SAP R/3 Logo Partner consultancies within the UK and was awarded the
'SAP Partner Excellence Award in 1995'. My role within the company was as an R/3 Technical
consultant on the following projects:

Shell is a multi-national petrochemical company, I was working in their Shipping and Trading
Division. My involvement was in the evaluation, design, development & implementation of SAP
interfaces and reports.

With unparalleled experience in developing systems for the newspaper and magazine publishing
industry, I was invited to join the development team designing and building the next generation post
publishing system using Ingres Windows 4GL.

With nearly 900 branches DSG is by far the largest Electrical Retailer in Britain. My position as an
Analyst Programmer was designing and building a new generation of Unix based EPOS store applications
using Ingres 6.4 and C.

Working at one of the country's largest research and development centres. My position as a Systems
Programmer was within an innovative team design and develop a standard protocol for Home Automation.
