  • Design and implement SAP Workflow to automate vendor invoice registration in Shell Upstream by using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology and perform auto-posting for invoices that fulfill the 3-ways match criteria.
  • Scope on invoice including FI (FB60) and MM Vendor Invoices (MIRO).

  • Implement SAP Workflow for Purchase Requisition (PR) and Service Entry (SE) approval process to continue the workflow journey for Upstream SAP Blueprint program.
  • The solution auto creates Purchase Requisition & Service Entry upon new Work Order or Network Order raise and sends it for approval using SAP Workflow & ABAP WebDynpro.
  • This helps over 24 OUs in Shell worldwide to save cost and time by speeding up the approval process by eliminating the process of finding out the right approver.
