- S4HANA Migration for a Dutch Public Healthcare Organization
Role: SAP ABAP Developer
• Led the migration and conversion of SAP Script and Smartforms outputs
from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA, redesigning and implementing them as
Adobe Forms through Adobe LiveCycle Designer
• Collaborated closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze and
refine custom functionalities from ECC, conducting frequent and detailed
workshops to address migration challenges to S4HANA
• Migrated and enhanced an existing ABAP program from SAP ECC to
S4HANA, enabling data transfer to Microsoft Word (32-bit) via SAP
OLEKopplungen for dynamic Word document generation
• Executed a lift-and-shift migration of a complex custom sales order creation
process, which consumed files from an FTP connection via a custom ABAP
program. For the testing phase, I designed and implemented a workaround
enabling isolated validation of the sales order creation logic without FTP
integration, due to client security policies that partially restricted the end-toend
process
