Project history
Lead the backend team on a pre-GA scenario authoring and reuse platform developed internally at SAP. Design and implement CAP services in Node.js exposing OData APIs on SAP BTP with SAP HANA Cloud as the persistence layer. Migrated the product data layer to SAP HANA Cloud. Deliver AI capabilities including semantic retrieval over SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine, embeddings via SAP AI Core and tenant isolation at SQL level. Built CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform. Work in Scrum with product management and the frontend team.
Developed CAP applications on SAP BTP together with Node.js and Java microservices exposing OData APIs. Built SAP Datasphere models and ETL transformation flows on SAP HANA Cloud including space design and layered architecture. Integrated SAP and non-SAP source systems into the analytical landscape. Delivered a proof of concept combining SAP Datasphere real-time replication with Tableau across several source systems.
