SAP Consultant

As a member of the SAP Security team, I maintain and uphold the SAP Authorizations Accounts and Transactions Security Policy. I was responsible but not limited to the following tasks:

•  Maintenance of the Authorizations for users (SU01) and roles (PFCG) in the SAP Security landscape.
• Setup of new HR users (SU01) for Structured Authorization access, and control access to the User Information System.
• Creation of new custom “Z\" transactions for various table displays.  
• Served as a lead SAP Security role for client’s yearly GRC audits.
• Lead the yearly SAP License “True Up\" audits, and internal SAP “User & Role\" Recertification audit.
• Served as an escalation (Firefighter role) point for the SAP User Administrator when handling complex user roles and access issues.
• Involve on a daily basis with company’s interface ticketing system for ticket creation and updates, ticket investigation and trending, and documenting problem resolution steps.
• Author new SOP’s (Sales and Operations Planning), and continually update and revise existing SOP’s in the library.
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. 
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
