The client is a leading manufacturer of fragrances, flavors and ingredients for nutrition and care. They put customer experience at the center of their digitalization strategy, so they started an implementation project of the SAP CX solution portfolio. The project involves all their business divisions on 4 continents.
My role in the implementation team is of a SAP Sales Cloud Senior Consultant. I focus on the implementation of processes related to Opportunities and Sample orders. These are integrated processes so I work also on integrations with SAP S/4 and non-SAP solutions for data warehousing and reporting.

A leading global hygiene and health company. They embarked on a global digital transformation program that will touch every subsidiary and brand in their global operations. The core of the program is the transition to SAP S/4 HANA with the implementation of other SAP solutions like SAP Sales Cloud Retail Execution.
As a SAP Sales Cloud consultant I’m part of the Global Core team working on the stabilization topics after the GoLive in the Nordic countries. Apart from the stabilization topics we are also delivering new functionality as part of subsequent releases.
I’m responsible for the functional design of business requirements, validation of technical designs and implementation. As part of the Global Core team I’m also involved in SIT, UAT and cutover planning and execution. I work closely with other teams like OTC, MDG and TPM on integration topics.

After implementing SAP Commerce Cloud they decided to use the PCM to its full potential, making it
the central repository of commercial product information.
The project consisted in enhancing the depth and structure of product information to be managed in
PCM and integrating with external system for data feeding and extraction.
My role was analyzing and consulting how to structure the information product information in PCM. In
the role of the PM I also managed and coordinated the internal and external resources needed for the
integration activities.

to the specific organization of their sales organization. The implementation was done for 5
countries with some specific custom processes like Quotation management.
I lead a team of 10 consultants and developers and advised on integration flows with SAP ERP and the
management of the master data (complex multi-level products).
