Profile

• Over 20 years of successful IT and Engineering project work, including 15 years of strong domain and comprehensive skills in SAP R/3 full life cycle implementations with ASAP Methodology.
• At least 10 Full Life Cycle SAP implementations as well as post-implementation support and training, across Aerospace & Defense, Electronics, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mining, Public Sector, Metals, Distribution, Medical Devices industries.

• Proven track record of leading blueprint workshops, client demos, design assessments to validate system design, for client implementations and system enhancement.
• EHS Project Management experience with a very large Joint Venture Chemical Project.
• Experience with large implementations and expertise in technical and system solutions, key inputs to PMO, and management of communication and leadership in system life cycle engagements interacting with stakeholders.
• Broad-based knowledge and expertise in SAP EHS Sustainability solutions as well as implementation experience with EHSM suite of applications across various versions.
• Broad-based knowledge of SAP EHS 3.2 and Technidata - SAP Compliance for Products [CfP 2.2 version SP05], Chemicals Compliance REACH SRC, SPRC 2.0, integrated solution with EHSM 3.0.
• Familiar with Environmental Regulations – ROHS, WEEE, ELV, REACH, CHINA-ROHS
• Implementation/Evaluation experience SAP Environmental Compliance EC 3.0.
• Experience working with SuPM (Sustainability Performance Management).
• Track record for SVT (Substance Volume Tracking) implementation.
• Experience working with SVT and GTS integration process for robust checking functionality to achieve compliance.
• 14 SAP experience spanning out to meet compliance requirements using EHS & GTS solutions.
• Implementation experience using Incident Management EHSM 1.0/3.0 solution using Net Weaver Business Client and SAP Net Weaver Portal.
• Implementation & support experience using MoC ( Management of change)
• Experience with BRF+, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) component configuration and Business Object Process Framework (BOPF).
• Working knowledge of SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration Intelligence) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) module.
• Experience with EHS and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) integration for storage/management of Hazardous Materials.
• Extensive PLM experience with integration to EH&S, PM, QM, and DMS.
• Conversant in PLM tools and business process / strategies in Product Development, Portfolio Management, and Collaboration Folders.
• Understanding of Safe Work Clearance Management in line with EHS functionality.
• Experienced reviewing, analyzing and generating MSDS sheets using the GHS methodology.
• ECM, WWI template creation, MSDS Maker, Data Editor, Expert rules design functionality, and Ariel database and staging.
• Understanding of Chemical Regulatory Compliance reports [REACH, IUR, CEPA, DG, OSHA, RCER, CAAA, California AB 32, Clean Air act, TSCA etc.]
• Familiar with ECHA Procedures and Guidelines.
• QM and PM implementation & support experience
• Experience working with PiLog software for Spare parts.
• Extensive experience using Solution Manager 7.1.& ChaRM.
• Assisted with testing, documentation and planning for SAP implementation per SoX requirements.
• Responsible for consistent standards and documentation of technical objects in SAP and active participation to maintain SOX compliance [VIRSA, SoX tools].
• Familiar with IH*S tools such as Engineering Standards and Parts, Resources Supplier, FASTENERS, and HAZMAT.
