• Implementation of the group SAP core model in Sweden as the Finance team lead (full life cycle), 11 entities, 9 months, 5 consultants
- Functional scope: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-SL, CO-CCA (SAP ERP ECC6), HanseOrga Payment and Cash Management Suite, ReadSoft Invoice Scanning
- Fit & Gap analysis: present the SAP core solution to the Swedish controllers; identify gaps with their legal requirements, lead the Workshops and present them to the review board.
- Blueprint: document the solution to be implemented in terms of functionalities, scope…
- Customizing: implement the solution in SAP by activating the necessary settings.
- Interfaces (ABAP developments): Coordination between the local IT team and the ABAP Factory to reuse existing programs or to implement new ones.
- User Acceptance Test: provide guidelines to the key users to run testing scenarios and make sure they test the functionalities agreed in the blueprint.
- Key User training: prepare key user to be live with the system, explain the SAP core solution in details.
- Data migration (LSMW): lead to take over all the financial data (GL Balances, Vendors, Customers, Assets, Open items, Banks), coordination between local IT and the LSMW consultant, assistance to the key user to reconcile their data.
- Post go live support: one full month of support including assistance for the first month end closing, change management.

• Legal entities merger via SAP SLO,
- Functional analysis writing and explanation to the business team
- Interface between the plant controller and the SAP SLO consultant to solve all the error messages shown by the SAP SLO tool
- Data archiving, Reports, Document Number management

• Level 2 & 3 support on the Group SAP Core Model, 15 countries, Team of 11 consultants
- Evolutive & corrective maintenance on the SAP core model, integration with MM
- Participation in the Group Decisional tool (SAP BI) as a finance key user
- Business process improvements: reengineering of the end user documentations via Datango, assistance in the implementation of a credit management add-on

SEPTEMBER 2007 TILL OCTOBER 2010: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, BEARINGPOINT, PARIS AREA
• Sanofi-Aventis (Pharmaceutical industry), CEP project, SAP FI/CO consultant, 1 year
Spanish rollout, 5 consultants, 5 legal entities:
- Assist the FI/CO team leader on customizing tasks (VAT codes, Business transactions in FI-AP and FI-AR)
- Data migration (LSMW): responsible of the migration of the finance data, assist Spanish controllers with the reconciliation.
- Interfaces: redaction of functional specifications, coordination with a nearshore ABAP factory (Morocco), unit testing, assistance in end user testing.
French holding rollout, 5 consultants, 4 legal entities:
- Team lead on the Finance interfaces, management of 2 consultants by giving them the programs to be documented, planning with project management.
- Data migration (LSMW): review and adapt LSMW for French needs.

• Johnson&Johnson, SAP FI/CO consultant, 6 months, French affiliates.
- Onsite post go live support on the FI/CO core model (FI-GL, CO-PCA) : solve all the pending issues left by the project team: interfaces not developed, US account not mapped to a French alternative account and various training provided on SAP.
- Integration of a new profit center (VisionCare) : customizing & interfaces containing GL Balances.

• EDF Corporate Division, Functional Support on a BusinessObjects application, 4 consultants, creation of new reports, explanation on the current reports, coordination with the development team in Toulouse.
