- Responsible for supporting business operations in FI, CO, MM and SD modules in LATAM region;
- Responsible for gathering business requirements and providing solutions into SAP;
- Responsible for Tax localization in SAP for Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
- Responsible for supporting third-party softwares within business needs (Sovos, EDICOM).
- Implementation of S4 HANA for FICO LATAM playing a key-role in the project worldwide.
- Head of SAP Support in LATAM responsible for managing multiple teams and third-party vendors.
- Support & Validation of key-figures in vendor/customer MDG allowing Brazil and Colombia processes to flow correctly.
- Responsible for gathering business requirements and providing solutions into SAP;
- Responsible for Tax localization in SAP for Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
